Dying Light 2 - is looks even better than the original, and the original was quite good - Techland's first zombie parkour game left a lasting impression and received decent support upon release. In 2016, it received The Following DLC, which lets you roam the vast countryside, slaughtering undead under an armored buggy, and later a battle royale-style spin-off. That's why it's so good to see Techland pick up a worthy sequel.

Dying Light 2 was originally announced at E3 2018 with a snazzy trailer, but details from 2019 have been sparse for a long time. It was postponed in January 2020, closer to the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. We finally have a release date for Dying Light 2, and Techland is really throwing it away before the end of 2021.
