According to the plot, the events of the game take place in the fantasy Europe of the 17th century. The world is literally collapsing before our eyes, and people are dying from an unknown disease called "malikhor". Nobody knows how to treat it and what to do in case of infection. But everything changes after an island called "Tir-Fradi" is discovered not far from the mainland, where people with immunity to the disease live. Now all adventurers and treasure seekers, as well as the infected, are trying to get there, and you will go there with them.
