POSTAL: Brain Damaged - is a spin-off that takes over the most outrageous FPS series of all time from retro shooters. Dude will destroy! Dude is a crazy hero who once found himself in an orphanage. There is a mass of weird freaks and then a bad nurse who gives weird drugs. After such treatment, everyone - both sanitary paisis and patients turn into crazy maniacs, who they try to destroy other people with the help of crazy methods and for the sake of getting blood rivers.

The dude decides to get out of the mental hospital, but notes that the outside world is also not particularly safe and literally everyone is crazy. The main character can no longer be trusted not on his own eyes or mind, so the only thing the guy relies on is violence, with which any problems are solved. A guy without analysis destroys everyone he meets, even tries to understand what is happening around, and whether there are opponents among the people he meets or not - the dude acts alive.
